This platform is a proof of concept. Its design and delivery are intended to demonstrate the feasibility and impact of a digitally enabled, network-centric approach to women’s empowerment in fragile contexts. Success will unlock a long-term program of work, with planned expansion across Pacific nations and potential adaptation for other countries facing similar challenges. The model is scalable and its relevance extends well beyond PNG.
