With a First Class Honours degree in Construction Management and Property at UNSW, I am now undertaking a PhD focused on regulatory barriers to offsite construction in New South Wales. My research explores how compliance frameworks and certifier knowledge influence the adoption of Modern Method of Construction.
With a strong interest in the intersection of technology and construction, I aim to integrate AI-driven compliance verification and defect detection systems into industry practices. My goal is to bridge the gap between academic research and practical innovation in the built environment sector.
