Denise Lofts is an accomplished educational leader with over three decades of experience across school leadership, educational policy, and innovation in learning. Currently serving as President of the NSW Secondary Principals' Council, she has held substantive principal roles since 2011 and is widely recognised for her strategic leadership, commitment to public education, and advocacy for principal wellbeing. Denise’s academic pursuit of a Doctor of Education at UNSW, is supported by research fellowships and national awards that reflect her focus on global competencies, creative leadership, and emerging technologies in education. She brings deep system knowledge, a passion for reflective practice, and a proven record of championing equity and innovation in Australian schools.
