Leanne Mclean

Leanne Mclean is a Doctor of Education candidate and Director of Professional Growth P-12 in a co-educational Independent school. Her research focus is on psychosocial risks in education with an interest in how the culture of organisations impacts these risks. This has been sparked by her leadership in schools focusing on developing and growing staff to ensure excellent teaching and learning experiences for students and sustaining the workforce of teachers.
Leanne has a Bachelor of Secondary Education (Technology) from WSU and a Master of Educational Leadership from UNSW. She has spent 20 years teaching in a dual curriculum school delivering both International Baccalaureate (IB) and NESA curriculum including the Higher School Certificate (HSC) and Diploma Programme in senior years.
