Merryll-Anne Cobb-Clark

Merryll-Anne is a PhD candidate in Education at the University of New South Wales, Sydney. She holds a Master of Special Education and a Graduate Certificate in Educational Research. She is a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst and Behaviour Support Practitioner. She comes to her doctoral studies after 15 years working alongside teachers, school teams, and allied health practitioners to implement inclusive practices and behaviour support in both schools and clinical practice across Australia and the UK. Her research investigates contextually-appropriate professional learning on evidence-based practices that strengthen teacher capacity for inclusive education, while also examining how working conditions influence teacher turnover. She has presented her work and research outcomes at national conferences, including SEPLA 2025 (Special Education Principals and Leadership Association) and AUABA (Association for Applied Behaviour Analysis Australia) annually from 2021 to 2025.
