Supporting them in their leadership, developing their human (or soft) skills and rethinking how they practice architecture. Doing so with the intention to be more productive, innovative and future ready. Now studying full-time, his research is an extension of his last five years of work with the profession and his writing on the profession, their leadership and human skills and on rethinking the nature of practice. His MPhil is focussed on the factors in the AEC work environment helping and hindering knowledge flows and digital innovation in practice.

An investigation into the relationship between knowledge flows in and between teams and digital innovation capabilities in the AEC sector.
