Sandra Takchi holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Psychology and has been involved in research since 2022, contributing to projects across psychometric testing, social research (access to justice), and public health. She is currently undertaking a PhD focused on the development of an Artificially Intelligent Companion to support the everyday mental health and wellbeing of the Lebanese migrant population in Australia. Sandra’s research interests encompass trauma studies, decolonial research, and the integration of emerging technologies in mental health care.
