Bio

I am a Research Operations Officer in the Implementation to Impact (i2i) team within the School of Population Health at UNSW. In this role, I oversee operational processes, support strategic initiatives, and enable effective research delivery across the team. My work centers on enhancing research systems, strengthening organisational efficiency, and contributing to high‑quality teaching and implementation activities.

In addition to my operational responsibilities, I have substantial experience supporting and leading research projects. My work has applied design‑thinking principles to implementation science frameworks to develop innovative tools and resources that promote behaviour change and improve health outcomes. Additionally, I support the coordination of the postgraduate course PHCM9791 Implementation Science where I manage course operations, student administration, and contribute to teaching and marking.
