Miss Jess Lo
Jess is a Research Associate at the Centre for Healthy Brain Ageing (CHeBA), where she has played a key role in leading and coordinating research for the international Stroke and Cognition Consortium (STROKOG). She holds an MSc in Medical Statistics and has over a decade of experience in clinical trials and epidemiological research.
Jess’s research focuses on vascular cognitive impairment and dementia. She is particularly interested in identifying modifiable risk factors for cognitive decline, mapping the trajectory of cognitive function in stroke survivors, and examining ethno‑regional differences in post‑stroke cognitive outcomes. Her work aims to equip health professionals with evidence-based strategies to prevent or delay dementia, ultimately improving patient care and long-term outcomes.
