Co-creating solutions
We co-create solution, from mockups and wireframes with the client to implementation of the final solution.
Exemplar Case
In partnership with Singapore’s SHINESeniors initiative, we worked closely with older residents and first responders to design a system that promotes safety, dignity, and independence for seniors living alone.
We conducted detailed requirement-gathering sessions to understand user needs, developed wireframes and interactive prototypes to validate the design, and co-implemented a respectful, sensor-based home monitoring solution across 80 households. The system quietly tracks daily activity patterns and automatically sends alerts when irregularities occur, enhancing community care and response effectiveness.

Communicating insights
We communicate insights by distributing work through formats tailored for a diversity of audiences.
Exemplar Case
In collaboration with UNDP Mongolia, we supported a multi-stakeholder dialogue on women’s role in the clean energy transition. Our work drew on field research in Ulaanbaatar’s ger districts and community beneficiary perspectives. It addressed the gendered impacts of coal use and women’s exclusion from energy decision-making.
We co-convened conferences, led requirement-setting for key messages, and produced white papers, conference presentations, and peer-reviewed articles. We drafted clear reports grounded in credible data and storytelling to reach policymakers, practitioners, and the public.
