The University Secretary is the Returning Officer for the following University elections:
The conduct of an election includes preparing and distributing all the relevant documents of an election, scheduling, calling for nominations, conducting ballots when necessary, counting votes and publishing results.
These tasks are undertaken by the Elections Office.
