Work Integrated Learning

UNSW Law & Justice offers law and criminology students a diverse range of elective courses designed to bridge the gap between academic theory and practical application.

Internships

We offer a diverse range of internships, giving students the chance to put theory into practice, providing training, practical experience and a real insight into future career paths in law and criminology.

Law Clinics

On clinical placements, you’ll gain experience in the practice of law and policy on behalf of clients. You’ll have the chance to examine the interaction of legal analysis and human behaviour, including interpersonal dynamics and communication.

Legal Competitions

Our UNSW Law & Justice competitions further develop an understanding of legal issues in practice and equip students with strong analytical, teamwork and communication skills.
