Key date changes
Due to the planned outage, several key dates have been changed to lessen the impact on UNSW students. Check if you've been affected and plan ahead.
What to expect
myUNSW will be taking a short break to upgrade to an improved, reliable and smoother platform.
During the upgrade, myUNSW services will not be available. These include accessing your academic statements, amending your enrolment and requesting official documents.
Please take note of key dates and plan ahead to minimise any impact to your studies.
Accessible services during outage
Access to UNSW Academic Transcripts will be unaffected by the outage.
During the myUNSW outage, you can find all the information you need about your classes in the UNSW Course and Program Handbook.
Access to the UNSW Co-Curricular Online Service (CCOS) will be unaffected by the outage.
Moodle is unaffected by the myUNSW outage period. You can log in directly on Moodle to access your courses, participate in class activities and complete assessments.
Access to myPlan will be unaffected by the outage and will remain accessible.
