✈️ As an international student at UNSW, you can book a free shuttle from Sydney Airport

Things to know before you book:

  • You must be an international student at UNSW to use the free airport shuttle.
  • You will need your student ID number (zID) to complete your booking. 
  • Bookings must be confirmed at least two working days before your arrival. 
  • UNSW College students are not eligible for the free service and will be charged when booking. 
  • Australia Awards students travelling with family should contact us directly at info@2airport.com.au.

  • After you submit your booking, you will receive a confirmation email containing important details about where to meet your driver.

    If you do not receive the email or have any questions, contact the 2airport team:

    Closer to your pick-up date, you will receive a second email with further instructions. 

    Scammers are offering fake airport shuttle services to new international students. Victims are prompted to pay for the service days in advance and will lose contact with the scammer once they arrive in the country.

  • If you require assistance at the airport you can visit the International Student Airport Welcome Desk located in the International Arrivals Hall. It currently operates from 7.30am to 1pm on weekdays.

🧳 Frequently asked questions

  • If you are travelling with people who are not UNSW students, you will need to pay an additional fee per person. Please specify in the booking form that you will have additional travellers with you. 

    • 1 additional person: $35
    • 2 additional people: $55

    If the additional passenger is another UNSW student, they will need to make a separate booking. 

  • The driver will meet you at the International Student Welcome Desk, located inside the international terminal arrival. Please refer to your confirmation email for more details. 

  • Each student can bring two pieces of check-in luggage and two pieces of carry-on luggage free of charge. Any additional check-in luggage will be $5 per piece.

  • No, the free shuttle service is available from both the International and Domestic Terminals at Sydney Airport. 

  • If you need to modify or cancel your booking, contact the 2airport team:

    Fees may apply if you do not notify the company of changes or cancellation.
