Important notes
Before making travel arrangements for your graduation ceremony, ensure that you’ve received a graduation ceremony invitation and paid your graduation fee via the Reed events portal.
If you miss the RSVP deadline, you’ll be unable to attend a ceremony and will not be automatically invited to future ceremonies.
Is your family applying for a visa to attend your ceremony?
If your family members are in the process of applying for an Australian visa to attend your graduation ceremony, you may use your Award & Enrolment Statement as a supporting document for their application as proof of your program completion. This will go along with your invitation letter and a copy of your ceremony invitation email. For more information on visa applications, visit the Department of Home Affairs.
Visa processing may take up to six weeks. If you or your guests require a visa to attend your graduation ceremony, please ensure you:
- RSVP to your ceremony as soon as possible
- Submit your visa application within the first week of receiving your invitation.
This will help ensure your visa is processed in time for the event.
- March 2026 graduation ceremonies
- August 2026 graduation ceremonies
- December 2026 graduation ceremonies
Ceremonies will be held Monday, 23 March – Saturday, 28 March 2026 at:
Please note: The schedule and venue allocation may change.
If you have a conferral date between 20 November 2025 and 29 January 2026 (majority of T3 2025 completers), you do not need to submit an Expression of Interest as you will be automatically invited to this ceremony period.
Eligible students will be invited to a March ceremony in early February.
Important notes:
Do not book travel until you’ve RSVP’d and received a confirmation/receipt of payment. Graduation ceremonies will be held at the faculty level rather than by individual schools.
Depending on scheduling and venue capacity limits, you may not be in the same ceremony as your friends or cohort.
